Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive medical-aesthetic treatment that consists of applying microinjections with active substances directly into the skin. These personalized formulas can include vitamins, minerals, hyaluronic acid, amino acids and antioxidants, with the aim of deeply hydrating, stimulating cell regeneration and improving the overall appearance of the skin.
It is indicated to treat signs of aging, skin fatigue, dehydration, flaccidity, cellulite and localized fat, among other skin changes.

Mesotherapy treatment consists of applying active substances directly to the skin, through very superficial microinjections. The formulas used are adapted to each patient and may include vitamins, hyaluronic acid, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants.
The sessions last 30 to 40 minutes and can be performed under topical anesthesia, ensuring greater comfort. For effective results, a protocol of 3 to 6 initial sessions is recommended, followed by regular maintenance sessions.

Advantages of Mesotherapy
The effects of mesotherapy become visible from the second or third session, with progressive improvements throughout the protocol. After the initial plan, the results can be maintained for 4 to 6 months, and periodic maintenance sessions are advised to prolong the benefits.
At IDC.Clinic, mesotherapy is performed exclusively by a doctor trained in aesthetic medicine, using certified products and safe techniques adapted to your skin type.

Results
Mesotherapy can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté, scalp (for hair revitalization) and body areas such as the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and arms. On the face, it improves skin hydration, tone and luminosity. In the body, it is used mainly to treat cellulite, localized fat and flaccidity.
Mesotherapy adapts to different skin types and aesthetic goals, both on the face and body. It is indicated for those looking to deeply hydrate the skin, treat fine lines, improve texture and firmness, combat sagging, reduce localized fat or attenuate cellulite. It can also be used to stimulate hair growth in cases of hair loss.
Although both treatments use microperforations in the skin, Mesotherapy directly introduces active substances (such as vitamins, hyaluronic acid and enzymes) through microinjections, with the aim of moisturizing, regenerating or reducing localized fat. Microneedling, on the other hand, stimulates collagen production through controlled skin injury, without direct injection of active ingredients, and is more suitable for improving texture, scars and firmness.
The treatment may cause mild discomfort, but is generally well tolerated. For greater comfort, an anesthetic cream can be applied before the session. The needles are very thin and the effects on the skin are minimal.
Mesotherapy is considered safe when performed by qualified professionals. Mild effects such as redness, tenderness or small bruising may occur in the treated areas, which disappear naturally within a few days.
Mesotherapy uses biocompatible substances that are naturally absorbed by the body over time. As it does not involve permanent changes in the structure of the skin, the effects are temporary and reversible. If the treatment is stopped, the skin gradually returns to its previous state, with no lasting effects.

Mesotherapy is indicated for healthy adults. It is contraindicated in cases of pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergy to any component of the formula, skin infections, coagulation disorders or autoimmune diseases. Clinical evaluation is mandatory before the start of the protocol.
The results usually begin to be visible from the second or third session. The skin is more revitalized, firm and hydrated, or, in the case of body treatments, more even and toned. The number of sessions depends on the area and the clinical objective.
The effects can last between 4 to 6 months, depending on the metabolism, the area treated and the patient’s lifestyle. Periodic maintenance sessions are recommended to prolong the results.
